This was my first time purchasing a home. I was nervous, scared, and anxious. Ms Lisa took the time to truly make sure I understood and got everything I needed. Ms Lisa took the time day night even weekends to make sure everything rolled smooth. She also took the time to know me and when time came to buy she didn't take her money and run she checked for updates to make sure everything was what it is supposed to be. Ms Lisa calls texts just to show how much she cares. Ms Lisa could be selling sand from the beach and I would give her business just because of who she is as a person and how she conducts business.

Lisa was a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond helping us find the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood and also with negotiations. Moving to SC from out of state, her knowledge of the area helped us figure out the right location that would give us what we were looking for.

Communications couldn't have been better. Lisa was only a phone call away from answering our questions and resolving a few issues that can arise during the buying process.
