Ms. Stewart is the consummate professional realtor. The property we sold was located in Miami Gardens. If you have never dealt with Miami Gardens on this level please consider yourself blessed. My parents completed some upgrades to the home back in 1991, which means permits were pulled under Miami Dade County. I can't even explain the red tape and utter foolishness we had to endure from Miami Gardens and Miami Dade to even arrive to the proper solution with the permits that were never officially closed and completed under Miami- Dade. I was in town to initiate process, but had to return to work in another city. So the brunt of navigating the process of approving the previously approved upgrades and additions fell squarely into Ms. Stewart's lap. I am sure the average agent would have walked away. But Ms. Stewart perservered through the extreme nuisance of Miami Gardens' bureaucracy. I truly appreciate her tremendous effort. I didn't really experience the full on effect of it and I was extremely frustrated and wanted to personally walk away from this debacle of a process. Ms. Stewart was definitely my angel in my time of need. I highly recommend Ms. Stewart.
