Buying a home can be a very confusing process but Lisa did it all for me. She walked me through every step and dealt with the lender and title company on my behalf, making sure the whole process was completed on time. Everything was handled in a very professional manner and I can’t thank her enough!
We have bought and sold property with Lisa. She has all the answers and is so easy to work with. Looking forward to working with her again soon in the Boise area.
Lisa completely changed my perception of Real Estate Agents. She worked diligently on the sale and provided daily text updates. Lisa, was more that fair with her fees and did everything that she could to bring the sale to a close. She is pleasant, knowledgeable and approachable. I could not have had better luck when choosing an agent to assist me. Thank you Lisa!
Lisa is an amazing realtor with a passion for what she does. I spoke to many realtors before Lisa and was unimpressed with what they could offer me. Their main concern was how much I was preapproved for and to let them know when I found something I wanted to see in person. Lisa was complete opposite. She listened to what we were looking for and directed us towards our gorgeous lot that we know get to build our home on. She provided us with resources and contacts to move forward and feel confident during all steps of our purchase. We’re repeat customers for life.
Lisa did a fantastic job start to finish. She is the only agent I will use moving forward. Her knowledge of the area and the market was outstanding.
Knowing Lisa from past things we really didn't realize that she specialized in land property sales as much as she does so we contacted her on what we were looking for so she could keep her eye out for some land. Several areas she had sent us we always would go back to 1 particular property. After some back and forth and making on a offer on the land we now own our future memories to come. I just want to her a big HUGE thank you for having to put up with me especially and helping us out. Your awesome and I wouldn't hesitate to give your name out to anyone. Now the mountains are calling our name for real. Lol Thank you Lisa
It was a pleasure to work with her and I would do it again, very professional she is focused on the mission and completes it with precision.
Lisa helped us out in every step of the process in buying bare property which was a new experience for us. I highly recommend her helping you out with your purchase.
Lisa was introduced to us on our first visit to the Boise area and her warm personality made us feel at home immediately. She listened to our desires and quickly found some properties that checked all of our boxes. Our first effort to purchase fell through, not fault of Lisa’s, but she stuck with us and communicated frequently about the market and potential opportunities for us. Finally, just this last month, a property hit the market that checked all of our boxes, Lisa worked to make sure we were the first offer in and advocated for us strongly during the negotiation. Due to Lisa’s effort, we are new property owners and we couldn’t be happier. Her warm, welcoming personality, along with her attention and tenacious efforts to get the deal done make her a fantastic realtor (and friend). We are blessed to have met her and look forward to working with Lisa again in the future!
Living in Alaska and trying to sell property in Idaho could be tough, but not with Lisa's help. She made this experience virtually painless. She found the right buyer quickly, kept us in the loop at all times and I would use her again, and recommend her highly.
Lisa St. Claire's energy and project management skills sold our home! LISA=Best Choice!! We needed to move from Idaho to Baltimore to care for an aging parent. It was stressful to even think about all that we needed to do with moving across the country. Lisa St. Claire took the guess-work out of selling our home. She provided us with solid strategies during each step of selling our house and created a seamless process. Thank you Lisa for making our move seamless!
If you want the "white glove" treatment then you should call Lisa St. Claire. Lisa was more of a project manager and worked with our specific needs starting on day #1 as we prepared to move across the country. She communicates in real-time and is always respectful. Can't say enough about Lisa St. Claire! Thanks, Lisa
