The county assessor brought Lisa to my attention and with me being out-of-state and unfamiliar with the market, she patiently worked with me and did an exceptional job. I had never actually been to the property I was selling but Lisa went to the property and provided me with video to familiarize me with it. She provided me with regular updates both before and after an offer was recieved. In all aspects of the transaction she, together with the title company, worked seamlessly to bring about a smooth close.

Lisa looked at the property we were selling gave an opinion on value and improvements we could do to make it more presentable to prospective buyers..she put up realtor signs as soon as we signed her contract communications was key dealing with her she excelled highly 3 weeks later we had an offer for full price approximately a month later we closed Lisa was at the title office for closing we want to keep this professional realtor and will call her in near future for another listing we will be selling
