Lisa provided us with excellent guidance on how to prep our home for sale. Examples include painting rooms with specific color/shade paint, carpet and flooring colors, addressing windows/window treatments. Lisa staged our home beautifully. Her creativity and knowledge for staging our home, room by room gave us an end result of top dollar sales offers. So I was very professional with all communications with the buyers agent. Lisa provided expert advice and information throughout the process. We would use Lisa again and highly recommend her to anyone selling or buying a home.
