I am a return customer of miss Slade. And the five years plus that I have known her, I’ve also paid her the same complement that I will do on her review. In my experience with a lot of realtors, not all of them but a lot, is that they are very interested in you and the property that you’re selling until you sign a contract and then you barely hear from them again. Personally I don’t even know how Miss Slade actually pulls all that she does off. But during my showings she appeared at every single one. Even when the other realtors or customers were late, she hung in there and she made sure that they thoroughly went through my property and got every one of their questions answered. She gave me feedback instantaneously, and she even worked through a lot of my own frustrations, and unfortunately I will say I had a few during this most recent sale. The last thing I will say is that I feel is the most important, Miss Slade learned about my property. She knew every single thing that was improved, anything that was added, and she learned the entire operation of the home, because our home was more of a smart home, technically savvy, with the addition of a lot of new modern technology that most people would not know how to operate. I have thanked her for her Subtle and aggressive approach in presenting my piece of property to the community. I also would like to thank her team, being an ex-athlete I know what being a teammate means, but I can tell you she’s put together a very Small but efficient team. When this property was sold and I saw the disbursement of what the realtor receives, I will have to say I was surprised to see what she made on the deal, and personally I think she made far too Les.
