Even though Tampa is not her primary territory, she did her research as to what we were looking for and found what we wanted. She worked well with other realtors and was a great advocate. I would definately use her again.
Lisa Siver is amazing. (1) She was the first of three agents we planned to interview. We stopped with her. She came to our meeting clearly knowledgeable, prepared, professional and excited to work with us, 2) She knows the local market, in fact, she seems to know the history of every place and player in Pinellas County, having lived there all her life, (3) She “has a guy” for anything you need: move out, throw out, repairs, remodel, paint, clean, move short or long distances, and (4) She will do anything to help her client, including, in our case, since we were not local, doing a quick clean up after the workmen , vacuuming, etc. The process went exactly as Lisa had explained, and we settled at a price that exceeded our expectations. We also made a friend!
