Lisa was great from the start. She handled everything very professionally and made getting our home ready to be listed very easy. She helped us pick the right price point to get a ton of traffic into the home with many bids over asking in only one weekend. Overall I feel we got a fair price for the home and was happy with how smoothly things went.

Lisa is one of the best agents around. Not only does she know her stuff, but she makes you feel as though you have been heard and anything you feel is important, no matter how small, she feels its importance too. She sees promise wherever possible but doesn't blow sunshine up your butt. I'm so happy God brought her to me when I needed her the most.

Lisa had a strategic plan in place right out of the gate, with the sale of our property! She handled most of the stressful procedures independently, and my sisters and I felt very confident with her. Lisa kept us updated on a consistent basis, with any news or concerns that were trending, and really made a tedious event, a pleasant experience!

Lisa is such a fun person and a true advisor. My husband and I were very intimidated by the process as first time buyers and she always eased our anxiety. I can recall many conversations where she would tell us “let me worry about that.” We even got our first and only offer accepted. Most of our friends have told us they have had to put in upwards of ten offers before getting theirs accepted. We were ecstatic! The list agent told us that it wasn’t the highest offer but certainly the smartest. Kudos to Lisa for that! She is on her A-game!!!
