"BITTER SWEET" Last November in 2020, we worked with Shawn and the Lisa Sapenaro team in purchasing our home. Right at the year mark, we had to move and called Shawn. He moved and connected us to Lisa. Lisa helped us personally. Grea personality, very informative, and owns it. She is honest and looks out for the interest of the customer and not just the sale. We met and with our short time line (less than 60 days), Lisa listed our home amd we literally received offers within days. With this being our first time as sellers, Lisa and Carol was ready, willing, and patient with us. Although we have great success as buyers, the experience was surpassed as sellers. We received our asking price and had very minimal negotiations...talk about getting it right the first time, Lisa knocked it out of the park. If you need to buy or sell a home, Lisa is the team to have. Although Shawn has relocated, from the area, he connected us with our new Keller Williams realtor in Texas and Mr Caden is a blast. The customer service and personal touch we received in Missouri transfered over Texas. Thank you for making these some of the most memorable experiences we have had in buying and selling.

Lisa Sapanero realty is the best. From day one she was upfront and honest about everything. She told me the truth and was so easy to work with. We had the worst situation happen in our closing day and Lisa was able to get us in contact with her mortgage team. They got the loan closed in 24 days!
