Home Hunting with Lisa Rehmel

New to Kentucky, we were referred to Lisa Rehmel by an out-of-state friend (who is also a realtor). We knew we'd enjoy working with Lisa from our first phone call. She has displayed good knowledge about properties in various towns outside of Lexington. Lisa is very hardworking and was always quick to respond to our communications and requests. These characteristics continued throughout our house-hunting experience. It took several months to find a property that matched our desires and Lisa remained helpful throughout the search. One helpful thing about Lisa is that she is very well-connected to people who can assist with the many services needed during a home purchase. She provided us with a list of vendors she has personally vetted and recommends (mortgage companies, home inspectors, pest control, handymen, remodeling/contractors, etc.) This made our search and transition to home ownership very easy! Having Lisa as our realtor gave us confidence and ease, making the whole process easy and enjoyable!
