Lisa helped us sell our home to an out of state buyer. She hired a professional photographer who made a beautiful video and captured the heart of our home. All communication occurred between the realtors which was great due to work schedules and time zone changes. When the inspection returned she was able to provide us with local, reputable contractors to quickly repair/update any buyer requests. She also knew the market price of those repairs. We did separate closings and she went to the buyers closing to represent us which was great. At our closing she had superior knowledge of forms and laws over the notary sent by the bank to complete the forms. She was able to quickly obtain the correct forms to expedite the closing. Due to her experience and relationships within the local real estate market she was a huge asset. We trusted Lisa and had confidence in her ability to manage any situation during the process. We are so happy we chose Lisa to sell our home!
