Selling our house was not on our radar at the time we found the perfect new house we had been wanting. From the get go, Lisa guided us on what needed to happen and when. She explained what was going to happen with timelines and asked if we needed help. She knew the market and had ideas on what was going to happen and just like she suspected, we received offers within the day! Although wording can be confusing on the paperwork side, Lisa let us know just what each offer meant and what the benefits of each were. Once we settled on an offer, she communicated with the buying agent and helped us prepare for moving. She even contacted house cleaners for us when we desperately needed help! If we ever have to sell another property, we will always go back to Lisa for her help!

Lisa was chosen because my new wife utilized her services a few years ago to sell her home. She informed me that Lisa was patient, knowledgeable, and worked with her through every step of the process. She also periodically stayed in touch via card on special occasions post-sale. So, fast forward a few years when it was our time to buy together (my first time) , Lisa was my wife's initial and only choice. I didn't know her very well, and had prior recommendations, so I needed to see for myself if I was comfortable for my first home- buying experience. We then met Lisa fur brunch and she explained the process, how she operates and answered the queries and concerns I had. She also took note of the particulars of the home we wanted. I took care of my pre-approval which gave her the financial parameters to search, I assume. As competitive as this market is, Lisa made the process less horrid. She was very patient and responsive to our needs. If there was a home we wanted to view, she was on it immediately. She also sent us some great listings that were within our price range. Due to the nature of the market, they were swiped off the market within a day, or warranted multiple offers... which she advised us on navigating that process as well. I should say we did not win this bids due to my limitations as a first time home owner. No worries, because her comes Lisa-on-the-spot with the diligent eye. She noticed a home we previously viewed and enjoyed went back on the market; we made an offer immediately. Needless to say... they accepted... FINALLY!!! Now, to the underwriting process. Smh. I had no idea how big of a probe they use to scope ALL of your finances. Anyhow, I put Lisa in the loop with my lending agency and that helped considerably. She was responsive as usual. She actually has an app that references the name (Loop) which streamlines and expedites the process with digital signatures. Choose Lisa! You'll be glad you did.
