Lisa Perrin is hands down the best realtor, we have purchased our first home with her help and Lisa has made it such a problem free experience, anything that comes up we KNOW Lisa will take care of it!, she is always available to answer questions, and explain everything (a million times for me lol) be it my worried texts at 9pm or question full emails at 7am she responds and has a way of making everything ok. Lisa also recommended the very best home inspectors, mortgage company, and real estate attorney , I could not have found such an excellent team of professionals who work so well together on my own, if we ever buy another home, or sell one we will always call Lisa, and we will recommend Lisa Perrin to anyone we know, she truly keeps the entire process running smoothly. Lisa was an absolute godsend! My wife and I were in the market to buy our first home and by chance happened to connect with Lisa after briefly working with a couple other realtors. From the very moment we met her she made us feel at ease and so comfortable. Yes this is her job but at no point did we feel pressured or rushed or even like she was doing a service for us. She was super responsive when I had questions for her. She would even answer late at night, on the weekends, and even while she was away for the weekend. Lisa was with us every step of the way and more. We probably drove her crazy with our indecisiveness but she never made us feel like we were. This was all new to us since it was our first purchase and Lisa helped us thru the entire process from beginning to end. She negotiated for us and took all the work out of it for us. She felt more like a lifelong friend than just someone we had just met. We couldn't be happier and honestly cannot say enough about her.
