Lisa listed my home and gave me some great staging ideas. My home was not on the market very long before an offer came in that I accepted. During the process, Lisa helped with all the resources needed to make the deal happen!

My purchase was pretty straight forward (I thought) and ready to move forward. Lisa pointed out several things the seller needed to address that ended up saving me money on the back end!

Where do I begin.... let me count the ways. I'm a first time home buyer, I prayed and asked God to put someone in my life during this process that was highly knowledgeable, professional, friendly and would basically hold my hand - that person is Lisa Parker. I was referred to 'Lis' as I now lovingly call her - from first contact at around 9 pm via text she was responsive. Throughout the painless home buying process Lis was nothing less than amazing. Honestly, Lis went above and beyond to ensure that resources were available to me. Her value - highly resourceful and awesome resources (broker, inspector). She's a calm aggressor when necessary, a negotiator and counselor who ensures i's are dotted and t's are crossed. Her character - honest, trustworthy and a great sense of humor! When I had questions if she didn't know the answer (which most times she did), she would find out and get right back to me. Seriously, she was always available for me. What I also admire is that Lisa payed attention to my likes and dislikes, desires and necessities with viewing houses. But more importantly because of her knowledge and experience - ooo and her interior & exterior vision she helped me 'see' not to make wrong choices. Also, I really liked that although I was qualified for a specific amount, Lis found beautiful homes (in school districts & neighborhoods) within 'my' budget. Seriously she's a God send. I've had the best-est-tist 1st time homebuyer experience and saw God work it - using Lisa! This journey began 5/19/20 (I looked at many houses) but found my home 6/17/20 and closed 7/16/20. At the closing, Lis helped 'yet again' in making it a 😭🙌🙏😁 day that my Julie - Lisa's Juju 😂and I will never forget. One word describing Lisa Parker 'supercalafragalisticexpiallaDopeNess'!
