If you want the Best, you'll need to get Lisa Parish on YOUR Team! Lisa has SOLD 3 properties in our Family. She is quick, honest and helps you understand the market! She is Our Family Real Estate Agent for Life!
So many things are new since the last time we sold a house, not to mention the Covid-19 restrictions that made it more complicated, but when it came time to help our elder Dad sell his house, Lisa was a rock star! She is a complete professional- knowledgeable and on the ball! She made suggestions that made the house (not updated since it was originally purchased in 1990) appeal to many buyers willing to put in a little work. Her best asset is how she was constantly in touch with us and kept everyone involved on time and on track, the escrow, lenders, etc.; we closed in 30 days, right on time. We highly recomment Lisa Parish!
Lisa hasn't had any property sale activity in the last 12 months
