We move to Western Massachusetts from out of state and while my wife grew up here that was over 20 years ago that she was last here so we knew nothing about what the area was like now. Lisa was a cold pick for us. She wasn't recommended to us by anyone, but we're glad we chose her. She went out of her way to find us the house we were looking for and negotiated a great deal for us. We looked at several houses and she pointed out the problems that we'd be getting into with some of them, but found us the house with the least amount of work necessary and got us a great deal on it.
