Purchasing a new home: We started looking for a new home without really know what we wanted. After seeing so many homes with her, we were able to prioritize our needs. Lisa helped us negotiate with the builder and informed us the process. We are very happy with the purchase.<br/><br/>Selling a home: Our previous house was listed with her. It was like a miracle sale! When we were working on painting the house, Lisa called us and said that we needed to get the house listed in a couple of days. She said she may have found a buyer. To make a long story short, the buyer accepted our counteroffer within a FEW days of the listing date. Although we were very fortunate, Lisa helped us get more than we expected and helped us sell the house in a very short time. <br/><br/>We highly recommend Lisa!!

I had a very good experience working with Lisa Nephew. My home was a "short sale" which can be very frustrating working with a bank rather than an actual motivated seller. Lisa kept me informed every step of the way. I made my offer on 1/2/11 and closed on 3/18/11. I have heard that this is very fast for a short sale! I looked at many, many houses with Lisa (and made an offer on a couple) so she knew what I wanted in a home and helped me find one that is perfect for me in every way! I would highly recommend Lisa Nephew to any one looking to purchase a new home.
