My Escrow was a very long process. Lisa made the selling of my home as comfortable and easy as possible for me. She was very understanding of my emotions and made the entire process as comfortable as she could. During the sale of my home she also helped me look for a new place to purchase. She was always available to look at a possible home with me and would give me her honest opinion on a place for me and she would make sure it's in my best interest. I will start off by saying that Lisa Morgan is a relative. I was very reluctant to use her as my realtor. The saying " business/money and family don't mix" is a proven fact and is always in the back of my mind. I didn't want to feel that she wasn't giving 100% just because we are family. I did feel though, that if I was going to be paying a realtor a percentage, why shouldn't it be family. Having said all that, I reluctantly used her. My situation was that I was only selling my home to buy a particular home, not just sell just because. Lisa did have her work cut out for her. My wife and I finally found a home that we wanted, and wanted to make great memories in for years to come. I gave Lisa a call and told her "lets do this, put our house up for sale, we want it" she said "lets do this man". In just a hair over 45 days she was able to sell our home and get us into our home that we wanted. I was very stressed out but Lisa was able to keep me calm and settle my nerves, sometimes. I can honestly say that Lisa kept everything very professional. I was informed of everything along the way by her and her team of professionals, who you don't see but play a very vital role in all this. After having a HORRIBLE experience with a realtor that lost a townhome for us, my husband and I were discouraged and didn't think we would ever find a home. That's when we found Lisa Morgan.
