My wife and I started working with Lisa and her associate Andrea in early August to purchase our first home. While we both work North of the 8 we sought to remain in South Bay area as we have many friends and family who live in the area and wanted someone who was familiar with our preferred area. We met with Lisa and Andrea in their office in East Lake and Lisa helped break down the process of purchasing a home with us. They were both very helpful and patiently answered all of our questions. They even provided us a helpful guide that covered many of our questions. Lisa and Andrea provided us lists of new homes to look at very frequently and helped us look over quite a few properties. We eventually settled on 3 different properties and were able to purchase a pretty spacious 3 bedroom/2.5 in a gated community in late September. My wife were I were very excited with our new home purchase but due to a contract with our apartment complex we were not able to move in for the first month. We decided to movie things in slowly over the month and install necessities while we remained at our apartment. Unfortunately disaster stuck before we could even move in. We had purchased a new washer dryer unit from a well known store and the washer flooded our upstairs due to being installed improperly. Your probably wondering why the above is mentioned. Well it's because while you would expect a real estate agents job to be done at this point. Lisa and Andrea did not see it so. They helped recommend contractors to examine damage and kept in touch frequently to see how we were doing and if there was any way they could help. My wife and I were very touched and thankful for all the help these two individuals provided us during our first homebuying experience. I would recommend that you utilize these two individuals on your home buying adventure because they are communicative, friendly, knowledgeable and will stick with you til the end and then some!
