Lisa helped us find our dream home in 2020. She was amazing. All through the craziness with Covid she was able to maneuver through issues we never dreamed of. We got beat out on several offers and deals and she pulled a rabbit out of her hat and saved us on the one that we really wanted! Suddenly after the home being on the market 360 days the sellers agent tried to say they had 2 offers the same day. We smelled a rat and Lisa called them out on it. Late 2022 we decided we wanted a beach home and investment. Lisa was the only option for us. The market had nothing out there for what we really wanted, inventory was crazy low and if you found one you better jump on it. Lisa went as far as to call a realtor/owner that she knew that might have a property for sale and he actually had 2 for us to look at. We fell in love enough to change our home to the beach home and the prior property became our investment. The seller turned into some more piece of work and bluffed all through the deal. Lisa called him out multiple times on what her gut told her was a load of bull and she was correct! I wish I could tell the whole story here but I'm telling you, if you want a realtor that will work her tail off for you, genuinely loves you and has a passion for making finding you your happy place, Lisa Mims is your agent! We will forever be grateful for her honestly, integrity and the bulldog that lives deep inside her soul to fight for her client. I want to take a minute to brag on Lisa Mims! We started with a realtor last February (2020) and I felt like they really didn't care about my concerns. Actually my husband and I went on a hunt on our own 1 day and stumbled on Lisa when we wanted to see a Grand Panama unit. She offered to take us up to see one and it was late, like time to go home and dark late. We just inquired for a list of properties. I told her we had a realtor and didn't want to waste her time. She said it was no problem that we were there, we might as well see one. We connected immediately! I left there telling my husband "we need to change realtors". Here we were 9 months later and she worked her tail off for us! (BTW I am yet to hear back from that realtor from that same day) Through covid, units literally getting sold right out from under us and then some last minute issues with the unit to even be able to close.
