I have worked with Lisa for several years now in the search, purchase, and sale of different properties. From looking at so many properties until I found the right investment and then searching again to find the perfect home .... she has been knowledgeable and tirelessly helpful throughout every process. She most recently helped me sell a multi family. It wasn't an easy one as there were little to no good comps for it. But based on Lisa's market knowledge, experience and I'd say gut instinct she gave me a recommendation on the listing. I trusted her recommendation and it sold quickly and for what I was hoping for just as she had told me.
