I’ve been buying, fixing and reselling/renting for over 30 years and have known Lisa for more than half that time. When my regular agent moved out of state, I contacted Lisa and developed a further friendship/professional relationship. To say Lisa and her staff are on top of what’s going on with a deal is an understatement. They ‘cross their T’s and dot their I’s’ like very few agents I’ve ever dealt with throughout the country. She’s always available and very responsive even after hours. This was the first listing I’ve ever given her and she had is under contract in a few hours for more than I had expected to get for it. She handled inspections and appraisal items without any concern. She has become my regular agent and we’ve done several deals in the past few months as a buyer and as a seller. Her reputation in the industry is second to known and i take great comfort in that. She’s fair, honest and will NEVER compromise her ethics! I have dealt with all kinds of agents and only work with the best. Lisa is at the top and I have absolutely no problem telling anyone. She doesn’t need the ‘brand recognition’ of the franchise companies as she IS ‘the brand’ and it IS recognized throughout the industry here in Delaware.
