Lisa Represented us in the purchase of a home in Westlake Hills. A difficult task in that she also represented the Seller of the home. This is a somewhat common situation but very rarely can an Agent adequately represent both sides of the party. She Did. We had our concerns regarding the inspection etc. but she was very patient with us while also balancing the needs of her seller. At the end of the day- We were able to close on time at a Price/Terms that were better than if we had used a Buyers Agent- And the Seller was also able to get a better price by cutting down on Agent fees. A very amicable deal where we were happily shaking hands with the seller as we received our keys. Would highly recommend to anyone looking in the Westlake Hills area.
