She was always available, 7 days a week, to jump when a house became available, which is very critical in today's market. Lisa Loprieno went far beyond “selling our house.” Lisa managed the entire sales process for my wife and me professionally and expertly. She is still helping us with the sale escrow as I write. Lisa, her professional “stager,” and my wife combined forces before Lisa brought in the wonderful photographer/videographer who shot the pictures/footage. He even used a drone to show the property from above. Lisa built a web site on the Sotheby’s online system. My wife and I did not want just anybody trapesing through the house, so there never was any open house. Instead, Lisa’s excellent web site—excellent pictures and fine copy (writing)—drew 32 parties to show up on time by appointment only, come through quickly, and observe Covid protocols.
