Lisa did a great job working with the other realtor

Lisa did a great job working with the other realtor. She was responsive and polite but assertive. She knew what was expected of him and refused to back down. Her interest was always reflective of my needs and economic state. She was there when I needed someone since I was doing this alone. She helped me to know what to say and not to say to others involved. She was very professional and considered my needs throughout.

Lisa was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in helping me to sell my mother’s house

Lisa was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in helping me to sell my mother’s house. Although it was emotionally difficult to let go of a place with so many personal ties, she helped me to stay motivated, focused, and on track…all while being kind, supportive, and empathetic. Although I live several states away, Lisa helped close the gap by keeping me informed, by recommending reliable contractors, by physically being present when I could not be, and by keeping communication lines open by responding promptly to my many phone calls and emails. She was patient in answering my questions and reassuring in addressing my concerns. Lisa is hard-working, dedicated, and sincerely committed to her clients. And, we had a contract on the home within four days! I could not have asked for a better realtor!

Great Experience!

Great Experience!

The experience of purchasing my second home, compared to buying back in 2001, was nothing more than a thrill roller coaster ride with all of its ups and downs. The lack of homes on the market right now, with vast amounts of perspective buyers, forced us to be “on our toes” 24/7 when it came to scheduling to look at properties and deciding whether or not to make a offer. Many agents and sellers even used this opportunity to schedule open houses, despite our offers being “on the table,” so that they could take advantage of price gouging between 10-15 different offers. Dirty and greedy! We had lost offers on 3 previous properties, despite offering 30-40k OVER asking price. Yes, that’s not a misprint. And many we lost bids to were because we weren’t like those stupid buyers who were willing to bypass a Home Inspection or Septic Test. I speak of our purchase experience only to illustrate the point of how important and necessary it was for us to have someone like Lisa Lewis as our agent. Lisa was always on top of her game all of the time! No matter what time of day, and sometimes even into late evenings, Lisa would always respond to my texts and do her absolute best to ensure and accommodate that we were able to look at properties at the earliest opportunity. I always felt confident and knew that I would have a response from her very quickly. From the very onset of our home purchasing experience, until the very last day of closing, I always felt comfortable knowing that Lisa Lewis “had our back,” and would look out for our own best personal interest. Thank you, Lisa!!!

Lisa is AMAZING!

Lisa is AMAZING!

As a first time home buyer, having a realtor that was patient, kind, and took time to explain every step of the home buying process was important to me. Lisa exceeded my expectations. Lisa is extremely thorough throughout the entire process. She was available to answer any questions I had at any time of day. Additionally, her knowledge about the market was crucial when it was time to put in an offer on my home, and her extensive knowledge was the reason I got my home! She works in such a timely manner that everything was done so quickly and with extreme attention to detail. She is truly everything you would want in a realtor; patient, knowledgeable, timely, hardworking, and dedicated. I loved working with her so much, that I referred her to my aunt and she is now closing on her home too! Do yourself a favor, and go with Lisa Lewis as your agent!
