Selling was a new experience for me. Lisa helped me through the experience, which was not smooth as the buyer did not adhere to their initial offer and their agent was slow and had little attention to detail. Maybe that was their shtick. This made it an iterative experience that would have been MUCH worse had Lisa not been there. I am glad that we were able to sell this in a fairly quick manner and appreciate her support through this process.
