My Wife and I have not sold a house before, so we had no idea of what to expect. I was told that Lisa Landa of Century 21 Prime Time realtors in Chino was a very good realtor. So, we contacted her. She and her associate Alexandria drove from Chino all the way to Long Beach. Lisa and Alexandria guided us through the entire process. The house was partially completed, and I just needed to complete the interior. They took her time walking through the house and looking at everything. She gave me a list of everything I needed to complete to put it on the market. She guided us through the steps of what we had to do and what to expect. She sent us all the paperwork and helped us fill it out when needed. They were both truly concerned and truly helpful to make sure that we got the most for our house. They just didn’t come walk through the house put it on the market and say OK there’s an offer for the house and walk away. They truly wanted to make sure we were taken care of in every way. They showed the house over a three-day weekend and the following Monday we had many offers. Lisa and Alexandria explained all of the best offers and helped us pick the right one. Tuesday, we accepted an offer and two weeks later Escrow closed. We made well over what we expected to get for the house. So now in a couple months my Wife and I are going to buy another house to retire in. Lisa will be our realtor for this purchase. If she does half the job that she did selling our house, we have nothing to worry about. Our experience with Lisa and her team for the sale of our house was outstanding! Not only are Lisa’s skills, knowledge and professionalism exceptional but her follow up and communication were excellent. She is a very caring person and an excellent realtor.
