FABULOUS! She was a hand holder, calmer downer, patient leader and just did absolutely everything to make us feel like we could do this. And we did! She never made us feel anything but confident. And she intuitively knew what we were looking for and what we needed. She is so darn relateable! Highly recommended and very much appreciated by this family!
She did a great job in helping me get the house sold. I live 2 hours away and she arranged all the paint and carpet services and even helped me have the carpet installer wait until escrow closed to pay for the carpet. And to top it off, she worked with another agent who brought in an offer for 6K more than we were asking! It was a wonderful experience working with Lisa!
We live in the SF Bay Area and were looking for a vacation home in Paso Robles. The house that we just sold through Lisa, was the quickest and easiest transaction of this type that we have experienced. At the end of our first walk through of the house, she had already done her research and came up with a price for the house. She said that we should list the house for this price, and it would probably sell for a slightly lower price. We listed the house for the price she recommended and it ended up selling for what she predicted it would, almost to the dollar. From the beginning, she was positive that she would sell our house. Other realtors that we interviewed, were skeptical and estimated a much lower selling price. She submitted all paperwork to us in a timely manner and was submitted promptly. She listened to our concerns and advised us on what not to worry about. In signing her up, I requested a 30 day agreement, because on a previous house that we sold, we got stuck for 90 days with a lazy, non performing agent. She was not concerned because, as she said, she would probably have our house sold in 30 days. She was not boastful, but quietly confident that she could sell our house in that time period. All in all, we couldn't be happier that we chose Lisa as our realtor. She was friendly, unpretentious, possessed a lot of knowledge of the market, and of the region. The entire process was amazingly easy. I would definitely use Lisa again and would recommend to anyone that has a house to sell or buy in the region, to consider her.
