My wife and I purchased a home in the Peterson Ranch neighborhood in Templeton CA during the Spring of 2018. We worked with Lisa for nearly a year - trying to find just the right house in a difficult, fast moving market with a very low inventory. We went into escrow on one lovely property only to have that deal fall apart over property condition. Despite all of us being disappointed, Lisa jumped right back in and found an off the market house, not even listed, that ended up being just right for us. Throughout our time working together, Lisa was simply outstanding to work with and we recommend her highly. Despite her being a busy agent, we always felt as if we were her only clients. She always had time for us - returning phone calls and emails extremely promptly and staying on top of the details. She has a fabulous, down to earth personality, communicates clearly, never gets discouraged, knows the market cold, and stayed with us, helping us out well past the end of escrow when all of her formal responsibilities were complete. My wife and I interviewed a handful of different realtors in San Luis Obispo County (including some of the "top sellers"), and Lisa stood out to us for a couple different reasons: 1) first and foremost, she is a great person with a down to earth personality (she never seemed like she was too busy to be meeting with us or pushy at all), 2) she came more prepared than all of the other realtors with a packet on advertising and comps for our home (and her recommended listing values was 20-30k above the other realtors....and it sold her for recommended listing!), and 3) she told us she would be available any time to answer any questions (and she was and never seemed annoyed with all of our little questions). Like I said before, she ended up selling our house (and we got multiple offers) for 20-30k above what the other realtors wanted to list it. She was communicative and pleasant to work with throughout the entire process (something I cannot say about one of the other "top sellers" in SLO County that we worked with previously). You work directly with her and not with one of her office staff (again, like a previous experience we had with another "top seller" in SLO County). The next time we buy or sell, Lisa is getting our business.
