Lisa did an amazing job staging two houses and selling them within a couple months at good sales price. Both houses were staged to be very attractive to the buyers. In both cases we had offers who backed out and Lisa went back to the market and closed both houses in a couple weeks. I highly recommend her. Both houses needed work prior to and post inspection, and Lisa helped me get that done from thousands of miles away. Yard work done as needed, plumbing, wiring and HVAC issues were all addressed to the buyers satisfaction.
