I owned a condo in complex that normally would take 3 times of regular unit to sell in any market condition. Worked with Lisa to make strategy how to make it suitable for market with optimal renovation cost. While others exact similar unit taking 2-3 months to sell, I was able to sell my unit in 3 days with 2 offers to choose from in addition, other owners in complex lowering their price, I sold it above my asking and covered my cost too. Excellent experience.
