When my husband and I set out to purchase our first home, to say we felt overwhelmed was the biggest understatement. She still checks in from time to time and even encouraged us to get our home appraised so that we could have our PMI dropped off sooner than the 2 year mark. I mean what realtor is thinking of their clients a year after the purchase to make sure everything is STILL going smoothly?!?!
