We thought our house was perfect. Lisa (and her designer and builder team) told us it was a bit dated and that we could improve our results by investing some serious money in an almost total makeover. In the end we spent $80k on remodeling and sold for almost $200k over what we thought was the top end. The house sold in less than a week with multiple offers and counters. Highest price ever for our neighborhood by a good margin. Lisa was there for us throughout the process (complicated by our being on vacation during the sale and closing). Every request or question was handled promptly and professionally. Bottom line, listen to the pros who sell houses every month. Check your ego at the door and let Lisa get you top dollar for your property.
