In a nutshell: My home was listed on a Thurs. evening, had 3 showings by Sat., received an appropriate offer on Sunday, and then on Monday we were under contract...4 days! Of coarse the normal back and forth paperwork, inspections, repairs, and appraisal, Lisa walked me thru it all with confidence and great knowledge of market. There was an issue with the FHA appraisal that had all parties involved upset and Lisa fought it on behalf of me (seller) and the buyer, got a "rebuttle" and problem solved, we all went to closing excited and left happy - Thanks Lisa I appreciate all you did for my family and the future homeowner of my beloved first home.
