Lisa is a gem. The area that we were looking in was selling very fast. She was able to get us into several houses on short notice. Lisa worked hard to keep negotiations moving, and even helped us rent out another property. She is a determined, no-nonsense hard worker.

I was working with Lisa to purchase a new home. Because I was trying to accommodate a living situation for my daughter and grandson, there were a lot of "needs/wants" when it came to finding the "perfect" house, which made it very difficult to find something. In March 2015, we found that perfect house! Then the bombshell! The brand new house that we waited months for, fell through! The builder went bankrupt! We were devastated because needed to get out of the house we were living in and now we had no where to go. That is when Lisa went in full force ....#1. To get my money back from the first sale and #2. To try and find us a new house. She scoured all the mls listings, calling, texting, emailing me to tell me of all the houses she had found. She scheduled showing after showing. The endless hours she spent with us, the time she sacrificed away from her husband on countless nights and weekends, just to help us! And I can't thank her enough for that! I'm not sure that another agent would have shown such sincere concern (or had the patience lol) and fought as hard as Lisa did to help us. In the end, within 2 weeks, we finally found our "perfect" home and we are all settling in nicely!
