Lisa helped me overcome a great difficulties I have had with selling my home. 4 years ago I tried to sell it and found out I have a title issue because of a change in the law when I bought It in 2007... that sale fell through. I then continued to pay my mortgage for about a year while I moved out and also paid rent. I Failed another two times to finish a short sale and "Deed in Lieu". Lisa and her negotiator were able to help me finally short sale my home. I was lucky to have a buyer willing to accept my title insurance and move forward. My debt has been waived with the deal and am able to start fresh without this terrible debt caused by this terrible foreclosure law change that left me unable to sell when I needed to.
