Great job, excellent knowledge of wintergreen, we didn’t even see the property, closed virtually thx to her help

Lisa Flood was referred to us by our neighbors after visiting their new condo in Wintergreen. Over the summer we contacted Lisa and she set us viewings for us across the mountain to get a good feel for the area. When we decided to move forward in the fall, Lisa lined up more viewings. She generously shared her knowledge of the mountain, the properties, and the individual units we were looking out. She provided us with so much critical information that we were confidently able to make a decision and put in an offer that day, that was accepted the following day. Throughout the process she was patient, not at all pushy, knowledgable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Lisa's communication and coordination throughout the process was invaluable. We had many questions about the homeowners association that she was able to answer promptly. She even identified a faulty thermostat the day before closing and was able to quickly coordinate a repair with the sellers without delaying out closing. In addition she provided us with a wonderful list of resources on the mountain. Lisa was a joy to work with, and we would absolutely recommend her to anyone interested in a Wintergreen property.

Lisa Flood was an absolute god send. She helped us buy our very first home! She was able to meet with us on quick notice. She had all the answers to our questions. She had all the contacts for inspections, last minute inspections at that. Contractors, pest, well, septic, and literally everyone involved in the buying process. All of which she set up for us, and met with when we couldn't be there. She communicated effectively with our bank ( which was not the easiest and they had alot of requests). Like I said she was able to find us a contractor in less then 24 hours to perform an inspection for the bank so closing could happen. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking in the area.
