Wow!! Handled the sale and purchase of new home. All done above and beyond call of duty. Got great concessions on both dealings . In fact other realtors commented that they havent seen/heard of such conceesions esp in today's market. Don't shop around just call her to get started for you too!!!

She was able to provide a CMA in the beginning to give us an idea of an as is listing price, minor rehab and then full rehab listing price. Once we determined the direction we wanted to take, she helped to recommend and coordinate contractors, check in on their work, and kept everyone on schedule. The result?
