Lisa was great in pulling information together and marketing the house. She recommended I stage the house and she handled all the details. The house was beautiful and prospects appreciated it. I believe we got more because of the staging. The house was sold with the pretense of a 1031 exchange and her roster of vendors made the sale go through smoothly without any interruptions. As an investor, I hate headaches. I would recommend anyone to use Lisa to buy or sell a house as I do to avoid inexperienced realtor fumbles.

This was a new home build/buy. The communication between Lisa and the builder was incredibly confident. Lisa stayed on top of every detail that was in the contract and kept me at ease.
