We purchased an investment property through Lisa in March 2021, the whole process from identifying potential neighbors to handing over the keys was seamless and very professional. Lisa is both knowledgeable about the real estate market but also has some great insight into many areas in Orange County outside of just San Clemente. Never felt as though our "many" questions were too much and even during this crazy market she was able to facilitate a smooth process and with her recommendations we were able to go into escrow without numerous negotiations back and forth. Lisa also has some great referrals including home inspection and mortgage broker who provided great service as well. Above and Beyond is how to describe Lisa. Her work ethic is flawless. She made a very stressful situation like selling a house and moving to another country seamless which was very welcomed and truly amazing.
