Lisa is absolutely amazing! Lisa recently helped my husband and I sell our house in San Clemente, CA. Her professionalism and attention to detail is top notch. The photography, video and marketing materials were the best I have ever seen. My husband and I have owned (and sold) 9 homes together and Lisa is hands down the best relator we have worked with. We purchased an investment property through Lisa in March 2021, the whole process from identifying potential neighbors to handing over the keys was seamless and very professional. Lisa is both knowledgeable about the real estate market but also has some great insight into many areas in Orange County outside of just San Clemente. Never felt as though our "many" questions were too much and even during this crazy market she was able to facilitate a smooth process and with her recommendations we were able to go into escrow without numerous negotiations back and forth. Lisa also has some great referrals including home inspection and mortgage broker who provided great service as well. Above and Beyond is how to describe Lisa. Her work ethic is flawless. She made a very stressful situation like selling a house and moving to another country seamless which was very welcomed and truly amazing. She is such a wonderful lady with a kind heart and clearly loves the work that she does. She contacted us almost daily to see how we were doing and to let us know of the schedule of events leading up to the house going on the market. This also followed on after our house went into Escrow. Nothing was to much for her, she truly became part of our family.
