I'm not sure where to start. Since 2020, I have been in a situation that was quite unique in terms of the logistics required to find and capture a home in "Beautiful Brevard" County Florida. Landing in Melbourne nearly a year later and six weeks ahead of goal was quite an undertaking all things considered. I made 22 trips to Brevard from Atlanta narrowing my search while also renting in Melbourne. First it was Christmas, Florida and even Samford. Then, Cocoa Beach or Titusville. Then down south to Sebastian and Palm Bay. I even made an offer in PB when divine intervention led me to Melbourne! The home itself, a jewel that does not come available everyday - I should say that again with punctuation! At only nineteen years old, this immediate area has been pretty much built-out.
