This is my fourth transaction with Lisa. Lisa is very responsive, and worked to help me stage my condo for sale. This being a challenging market for selling, I was not in a rush and we were able to wait until the proper offer came along getting me what I felt was a fair price for my unit.

We closed earlier than I expected and I came out getting more $ than I thought I would. We had great response to the listing and even had several offers and visits to the property. The photos were professional and looked great. Lisa is a good communicator and I just followed her recommendations. Everything went smooth and professional. From listing to closing I was always kept informed of the status of the sale. The marketing was some of the best I have seen and believe that's why we had continuous interest through the whole process. My calls were answered or returned quickly. I never had a problem contacting my agent. The questions I asked were answered in a through, easy to understand manner. Selling property and moving is stressful. I was very busy for a couple weeks getting the property ready for the new owners. BRS allowed me to concentrate on the work I needed to get done and they kept everything else moving along. This transaction was not the easiest. It was a top priced house with older appliances/AC and a roof that needs replacing. On top of that it was in an estate with five beneficiaries.
