Lisa Bush did an excellent job helping us find the best home possible. As we have bought many single family homes over the years this was our first townhome purchase and Lisa explained all the moving parts and we were able to close in a timely manner. Lisa had some great ideas when we submitted our offer to the seller and I would recommend Lisa for any of your real estate needs.

Lisa is fantastic. This is our second home purchase with her (we sold our first to a family member via a transaction broker otherwise would have had her help with that too) and we won't do it without her help. We had numerous family members and friends tell us to go "by owner" and we just can't imagine navigating this complex and difficult process without Lisa's expertise. She knows her stuff! But more than that, she knows US, and she works so hard to make sure that our needs are met throughout the process - not just with the home we purchased, which we love, but during showings, by our lender, in our search setups on her website, all of it. We always know that she has our backs and that no matter what, she's looking out for us and our best interests.

Lisa is proactive, timely, efficient, polite and accurate. She gently gave us reminders and suggestions. She is not at all overbearing or pushy. She treated us as members of a team, that we were all working on the sale of our home together. She works hard, and understands the contractual side inside and out. This was the fourth home we have used Lisa for, and our daughter and father also used her!

We have been extremely pleased in our experience with Lisa Bush. She provided guidance in helping us price our home appropriately and helped to market the home, highlighting its positive attributes. She also provided support and guidance I reviewing the multiple offers we received. And once we decided on an offer, she helped to work through the communications with the buyers in a thoughtful and professional way as well. Again, we were glad to have had the opportunity to work with her!
