I got very, very lucky the day I found Lisa! I chose her after reviewing online information for a few dozen different agents. I called Lisa out of the blue and explained I was looking for a lower priced, but nice, first-time property for my adult daughter. Lisa immediately took on my project with warmth and enthusiasm. She helped us find a simply outstanding property for my daughter and the deal was completed with efficiency and ease. But here's what was most important to me. I'm a stickler for the legal and financial details, because the purchase of a new home involves many important risks to be evaluated throughout the process. Lisa is incredibly knowledgeable about real estate law, financing, and the purchase/ closing process. She provided expert guidance on every aspect of the transaction and was on top of every detail in a timely manner. So, when you consider that Lisa is both incredibly personable, warm, and enthusiastic, as well as incredibly competent, then you'll realize she's one of the very best real estate agents you could hope to find and work with.
