Lisa helped the reviewer sell this property

Great experience with an exceptional real estate professional

After owning my rental property for 10 years, I asked Lisa to help me sell it. Lisa's contacts in the industry were instrumental in getting the property renovated and sold in a very short period of time. The team came in and evaluated the condition of the property, told me exactly what we should do as far as renovation to get to the optimal price point and gave me an estimate for review. Trusting Lisa's knowledge and experience, I opted to complete all of the renovations she recommended. Her team came in and completed all of the work in less than a week, and then the property was on the market for less than 2 days before getting a solid offer for considerably more than the asking price. Lisa worked with the buyers and we were able to close deal in less than a month. The tenant that was currently occupying the the property had been there for 4 years, and I had developed a good relationship with them and wanted to help them find an equivalent living space after I decided to sell my property. In addition to her efforts to sell my property, Lisa also provided exceptional assistance to my tenants as they searched for a new rental property. This was a really great experience and when I am ready to sell or buy additional properties, Lisa will be first on my list to engage as an agent. The process was much smoother than I expected. Lisa was available anytime I needed to answer questions and make recommendations on how we should proceed with the transaction. I would recommend Lisa to anyone who is buying or selling property.
