After owning my rental property for 10 years, I asked Lisa to help me sell it. Lisa's contacts in the industry were instrumental in getting the property renovated and sold in a very short period of time. The team came in and evaluated the condition of the property, told me exactly what we should do as far as renovation to get to the optimal price point and gave me an estimate for review. Trusting Lisa's knowledge and experience, I opted to complete all of the renovations she recommended.
