Mr. Madamba's keen real estate knowledge was evident throughout the entire process of assisting me, as Trustee, and my family with the trust sale of our parents home. Because of his experience in trust and probate real estate sales, he guided me through a myriad of San Francisco’s disclosure policies that were cumbersome. He provided statistical data about current market sales and reasonable expectations of real estate prices in the San Francisco Outer Sunset neighborhoods. In addition, he advised us to stage the house due to the competitive market conditions in the Sunset area. Although we were reluctant to stage the house due to our concerns about staging cost, he was able to secure a staging company for a relatively low price. Given his experience in the field, he was able to secure several offers within a week. He clearly explained the pros/cons of the offers and enabled the family members to make an informed decision. I would also like to note that Mr. Madamba worked tirelessly with me while I was out of the country during this time. Despite the time difference between France and San Francisco, he accommodated me whenever I needed clarification about the various aspects of the sale. He worked late in the night to explain the bureaucratic paperwork specifically for San Francisco’s disclosure documents. My family and I are truly grateful for Mr. Madamba’s support and service during the entire process.
