Lionel was my realtor when I sold my mother’s property in Fremont, which wasn’t in the best shape after her passing. After going back and forth about what needed to be done to the house, we decided to sell it as is instead of trying to put money back into it to fix it up. He utilized his knowledge of contractors to clean the house and get it in the best shape possible for selling as is.
