With this, we were able to put an offer on the same home we loved, and even though another buyer had also made an offer that was more, Linsey convinced them to sell to us! This was not an easy road. I had surgery and couldn’t walk, we had issues with inspection that needed quick attention, the market had slowed greatly with the holiday season, and we had a lot of anxiety with making all these major decisions.
